At Traditsiya.in we handle each and every product with utmost care. To make sure that the products bought by our customers reach their destinations in the best state, they are treated with good quality packaging. We offer free shipping in India and abroad too. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. Since your beautiful and delicate jewelleries deserve a safe and sound journey we rely on only reputed courier agencies such as GoJavas, DTDC, First Flight, and FedEx for the purpose. If in case there is no courier service available in your locality, we will ship your items via government registered book post or speed post. Deliveries outside of India are done through India Post.
What are the shipping charges?
Traditsiya.in bears the shipping charges for all prepaid orders in India as well as abroad and therefore, the customer is not liable to pay any shipping charges for delivery. The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep in the best condition with no additional shipping charges for all prepaid orders that include payment made through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Bank transfer, and PayPal. A minimum of INR 50/- will have to be paid for COD orders that will be added to the shipping cost.
To expedite the deliveries, shipping charges will be applied depending on the country in which the delivery is to be made.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within one or two working days after the order has been confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days in India, and 15-22 days for international orders. Delivery of all the products will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If a parcel is required to be delivered in less than the specified time of delivery, you can always mail us at email@example.com and we will try our best to make the delivery as swift as possible.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9769187484 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
